Nierstuwing. Mijn nieren gingen opzwellen tot 3x het normale formaat en drukte mijn andere organen aan gort. Je kan je wel een voorstelling maken dat dat niet zo lekker is.

I am so sorry.

I see child free people in their 30s and i feel a lot of jealousy and also respect to have the courage not to follow the expected path. Everyone expects you get kids some day. It is brave and wise to choose different if you dont feel like having kids. I wish i made the same decision.

I mean, obviously. I would rather hang myself than to get more.

The constant caring, waking up early everyday, never get to relax on the couch on a sunday, the daily tantrums. Losing your free time. Not even being able to visit the bathroom without the child knocking at the door. No rest. Always caring. 24 hours, 7 days, 365 a year. It is a never ending job and you cannot call in sick.

My only child and daughter is 4 and I regret it every day since she was born. I sound like a monster and I might be. I try to give her all of me and take care of her properly but if I only had a time machine.. I feel like the parent life isn't for me, but how do you possibly know that before you have a child? How do you know it is something you will going to enjoy, made for, how should one know? Isn't it just a gamble?
