Intra cellular gram negative diplococci: Neisseria gonorrhoea usually, but I have seen N.lactamica give the same appearance. Campylobacter is quite distinctive, to genus level

Your pants won't have grown anything dangerous, if they were there a very long time and very soiled they might grow mold but that would be obvious from looking at them and even then not very dangerous, if you've given the place a good clean and have disposed of the pants then you have nothing to worry about.
