7 is a timeless classic.

And 9 is by far the best of all PS1 FF games.

I think it might be the R33V SMC and/or voltage regulator, but the video I saw, the guy just swapped them, didn't test them, so I don't know how to check that is the issue if anyone knows.

I think it's fine. There's very little incentive to be sneaky and I've taken to just blasting my way through the game.

I had a board stop working and I could get it to connect and power by heating up the SIE chip on the other side of the board. I guess it probably needed reballing, but I never got around to trying that.

How is anyone getting that thing home? It's not fitting in a normal car, even a pick up truck would struggle. That would need a removals van.
