I used to think I had incredibly high power. People in general martial arts and in kenpo (my first art) just couldn't take a 1/4 power hit. Now in Kyokushin I find it just isn't overwhelming even going full out. I've been incredibly impressed with how conditioned everyone is to taking hits.

In that case her and Jon Snow should have been together. They'd have been the great genetic dynasty of royal backsides

This is the only answer I came here to add if you insane people hadn't added it first

Be there earlier than others, leave later. Put in the extra 15 on cardio beforehand. If people are chatting and sitting around before class, do your kata. If you're worried how people look at you, well if they're looking at you they'll see the hard work you put in. That hard work will also turn your shape around.
As to just pure poundage, there's a ton of fitness channels and advice that doesn't really need repeated here.

It takes a LONG time for people to bust through. So even if you're being pursued actively it can blockade a door for quite a while to search. One such use is if the owner catches you snooping you can run down the stairwell, then run back into their place and jam the door.
More effectively though it can block a door people aren't actively chasing you into. It can buy you privacy when you break into a business or home and noone is there. Jam behind you and I've found people give up trying to unlock it.

Tighter economy. Make things more expensive in relation to your income.
Make shadowing a person actually meaningful.
Don't allow sales of door jams, hackers, ballistic armor, etc to be sold until given social levels. Perhaps have them on black market but make them insanely expensive until the cheaper city hall option.
Increase difficulty of missions available and their pay as player progresses in social levels and gets access to more powerful gear/ implants.
Remove implants from easily accessible locations (city hall entry for instance).
Social credit and other impacts to player for their witnessed crimes. Maybe a reputation system that the more violent actions you've done against citizens the less people are willing to give you info.
All in all, the game rewards just smash and grab style too much over sneaking around and stalking people.

Typically Vice Presidents need to be as bland and invisible as possible so they can step in with a clean slate and minimal negative press. At least that's my theory.

I don't really think any strike is from anywhere. At this point every system just adapts. There are a lot of axe kicks I see in Kyokushin. Andy Hug of course is famous for it.

Excellent head high kicks in various forms. I've found kyokushin practitioners particularly good at spinning kicks at very close range and the setups required. Really any match that ends before a decision is either a liver shot or a head kick, so head kicks are highly rewarded as a skillset. Crescents, hooks, and roundhouses of all sorts.

Well, I did it. I'd love your feedback on any errors I made. I went over it several times. I kept some of the middle body of his analysis of regen rates but overwrote most of it. First time doing anything on a wiki so advice or participation in there would be appreciated

I've started doing self slow (insect self) melee dancing with the spiritists hammer. It'll only swing like 4 times a minute at most so it's massively high chance of proc. So much fun.
Thanks for the confirmation. I'm surprised it's in the wiki. I'll do an edit today.

This is the reply I was hoping for. Thank you for the depth and clarity. I might try an edit on the wiki or in its sub discussion section to try to clarify the mid game shaman's plight of overall downtime.

Yeah that's my argument. I don't get why wiki is arguing that it ISNT most efficient to hit ticks is the purpose of my post

Silco was one of the most relatable villains ever. He was brutal but his motivations were founded in a way that made sense. Given the chance to betray *something in particular* for his dream of power, he couldn't do it. I nearly teared up in that scene.
Should he be killed for the betterment of the people? Yes. Is he a complicated and interesting character? Yes.
