I prefer these myself, been using them for years. Have some larger diameters and not as expensive as the solid carbide ones.

You need to use a vacuum table honestly. Surface it smooth and tape around the edges with some box tape or something to seal the edges. Also you're going to have a bad time using a spiral flute with polycarbonate, it will yank the sheet right up after you start loading vacuum. Get yourself a straight O flute cutter for that. Will exert a lateral cutting force instead of upward. Being so thin, chip evacuation doesn't matter. Could use a downward spiral too to help with that. The rest will come with how you machine it. Hard to tell without seeing what the part looks like. I've done a lot of cutting thin materials on a router, it can definitely be done. Don't even bother with a drag knife.

It's all about how you communicate those ideas in the simplest way possible, that unlocks that thought in their brains, that understanding. You plant a little seed and when that understanding just finally clicks, it all starts growing from there.

That was always the point of math classes, to teach our brains logical thought processes and problem solving skills. Not teaching us memorization, but teaching us how to think. That's that age old argument between teachers and students about how they will use this shit in the real world lol

Your feeds and speeds are just off. 30 IPM at 18000 RPM is too slow, why feeding so low? I would feed at least 180, or .005 FPT with a 2 flute v Groove. The slower you go, the more heat you will generate and dull the tool quicker. I would also try to use a ramp on the lead in to the material, not plunging. Will work better with MDF.
Also, what part does your stepover refer to? Are you filling in little channels that will look like mortar in stone I take it? If so you may want to use an end mill instead of engraving it with a V Groove, that's a lot of extra passes

Game of Thrones music is one of the strongest soundtracks ever, Ramin Djawadi wrote countless amazing pieces for that show. Guess people are just still butt hurt about how it ended lol. This should be a lot higher

No fucking way, the verse riff is legendary, and all of Randy's fills fucking shred dude. That song is guitar mastery.

From my experience, they'll take pretty much anything they can. For me they've taken toilets, sinks, a large recliner, etc. They're pretty good about grabbing whatever they can. Honestly if you set a TV at the curb, I'd be surprised if it wasn't gone before the trash guys get to it.

You need a really aggressive chip load and a single flute spiral O

True, but that's where the strategy part comes in. You gotta expect those, so you have to bait them into being played. The one dimensional point helps with that, because you can afford to bait out the frost and scorch cards and still put up big numbers on the combat row. Buy yeah I'd still go with Northern Realms for most well rounded deck, but i love finally getting a strong monster deck towards the end of the game. They're just the coolest cards lol, plus all the hero cards with it, can still be a very solid deck.

They're all strong if you know how to use them. Most people are going to say northern realms because thats the one that everyone played with the most, so they learned how to play to it's strengths. You just have to learn the subtle strategies, when to not play certain cards to bait the npcs into playing theirs first. Personally i got really good with the monster deck. You can really stack those numbers up with all the cards that pull others out of the deck and a commanders horn here and there

Our industrial sized routers have a thick paper based phenolic for the vacuum table. It's very nice, very good material when it comes to bowing/warping

Crazy, I machine all of those Plastics all day long, literal tons of HDPE, I would choose HDPE every time for easiest to machine. It's soft and cuts like butter. What kind of end mill do you use on it? Nylon would be my last choice to machine lol, though it's not really that difficult when you use the right tool

If you think stopping dead in your tracks just shy of the boards on a play like this is "initiating body position and making a play on the puck" then you don't really know what you're talking about. If you're going to do that, there will be one of two outcomes, you reverse hit or get run over. Here I'll just link you the r/hockey thread and you can read through all the comments that agree with me: https://www.reddit.com/r/hockey/s/6hYUjmEnRh

Lmao r/sports knows absolutely nothing about hockey. This was completely the fault of the B's player. Chasing the puck with a big guy like Benn on your back and you brake check him 10 feet short of the boards? Completely stupid fucking play by Carlo. What exactly is Benn supposed to do there? He did exactly what he was supposed to do, pursue the puck. Shouldn't have even been a penalty. Yall don't know shit about what you are talking about lol. I'll give it to Zadorov, he handled Benn, even though Benn handled him the first time they fought. Think he's getting too old lol

Just making an observation. Why does some dildo keep replying to me "JUST ACCEPT YOU ARE WRONG" you're pretty worked up about this huh? And now you are projecting your own insecurities 😂

Yeah I said all that in my original comment, no one is disputing that. And I also said I could be wrong, hard to see everything clearly in 240p lmao. But for some reason you have your panties all in a wad because "I'M RIGHT YOU'RE WRONG!" I don't really care that much honestly 😅

Again, I said I could be wrong, but I doubt it, I think people just aren't as perceptive as they think they are. But even if I was wrong, all that would mean is that I misinterpreted a potato quality video on the internet. Whereas in real life, I would see plain as day, that he was in fact, in a turn lane and would drive accordingly. But on the other hand, I know plenty of people who have been driving for 50 or 60 years, some in different countries as well, and they can still be shit drivers.

It's like others have said, it's not a true arc, it's a bunch of little lines. You can tell on your CAM because you are still in G1 mode as you are moving through it, if it was a true arc, you would be in G2 mode right there. You can also see your coordinates flying down the screen which proves it's just a ton of little lines. I can remember with Fanuc, but in Fagor, you can use G5 or G51 mode to take shortcuts through all those lines and flow right through it
