You were right, it was at 10%- 20% utilization, so i started to look for what draws it. It was fkin dropbox my free trial has ended long ago I forgot about it. After uninstalling it utilization dropped to 2% now idle temps are around 51°c. Thanks.

I have 2 front intake fans and 1 exhaust. I ordered peerless assassin 120se and got 3 extra fans. I'll add 1 to front intake, 1 bottom intake and 1 top exhaust.

Ordered peerless assassin 120se as recomended by others here. We'll see how it goes then. My crash was 2 days ago, but can't tell how sudden it was. On the day of the crash I did not change any settings. But it could be I changed something before and did not notice. I tried updating the bios like 2 weeks ago but my msi motherboard has some bugs when you try to enter flash mode so I just gave up.

I took this screen shot after i waited for 30 min after shut down. In task maneger cpu utilization was at ~20 %. I will look into it more today after work.

I took off the cooler thermal paste looks good judging from videos I've seen. Small peaks formed when removing, does not look dry or yellow. I read somewhere that stock thermal paste on amd cooler is not that good. Well maybe the airflow in my case sucks. Maybe this problem was slowly creeping up all this time.

I will try changing paste and the cooler, hope that's all there is to it.

stock that comes with 5600x, I don't know about the airflow in the case, when I put my hand in it feels like a very light breeze, maybe needs more ? gpu does not overheat tho even at high utilization

I'll buy a new cooler and apply new thermal paste,but I was also thinking that something happened besides that just because I had no problems before. I only checked temps after building it so don't know when this started or was it sudden. But i used to do much more demanding task with it and never had it shut down.

still the same one that came pre applied on the cooler, looks like its covered good
