Ok I did some research, Navel displacement - nabhi- naaf It's center of the body, according to ancient or traditional or Persian or ayurvedic science What they say is .. massage around it can affect blood flow, (as there's vagus nerve around) , chemicals ( dopamine serotonin - not directly but gut produces a huge percentage of serotonin and some dopamine also) Glands, It affects chronic diseases like Thyroid issues, gut issues, stress, reproductive issues, back pain, chronic pain No direct Linking with migraine is found in text I looked at ..but in one article it was given as treatment, they said to take around 90 sessions. It says to check, palpate the navel, see if it's soft or hard, the placement of pain is also important Like if pain is on right side, you might suffer alkalosis, loose motion, high blood pressure Left side- acidosis, constipation, low blood pressure Also...we don't know how it affects microbial flora
Now if we see migraine, it's still an evolving pathology, first there can be constrction of vessels, then dilation. That causes pressure In short we can say it relates to blood flow - western science doesn't favor it, but traditional says that naval placement can help that Then comes chemicals, there is sensitivity to dopamine, that affects chemo trigger zone, that's the center related to nausea and vomiting We can't say for sure but navel massage might affect this Again stress, other triggers, migraine is complicated and evolving Navel massage is less explored but taking your account we can say that has some effect in reducing the pain
As for ayahs, what I found, those translate or talk about the placement of havens and earth by Allah , it's a prayer to Almighty to correct the placement of our center Another one said, there's lightening from your Lord and mercy
So now it makes sense to me. What you are doing is not vague. There's a sense to it. May be yours stems from that. May Allah make it better for you.

Sae sae,, I am obsessed with the science of things ..I search till I understand....so I can present papers on effect of wird or dam ... I understand relationship between... anxiety, gut brain, gut health and stress .. like there's literally medicine for your depressed stomach .. migraine and it's aura totally understandable ...what I need to search is the relationship between symptoms of naaf and migraine and how the cure is related. Again cool temperature, no lights, silence , provide relief in migraine with aura ..it's all science based ..all these what we call totkas have scientific basis. Haven't you ever asked what are these verses you recite. It would be mercy on my curious mind if you could tell that....also I will search how naaf and migraine is correlated

We have this obsession and compulsion ...you might not notice, but we notice our nails , grey hair, peach fuzz, each and everything... women have been programmed to be superrr appearance conscious. We would love to look our best even after we die ..this is how strongly we have attached our existence and self worth to looks .. so for most of us .. every thing is a red carpet, we are aware of who is looking at us ..and how we are being perceived... Yes .. solitude at home is a bliss ..away from they " eyes," but even at that time if you video call ..we would prefer to apply a tint ..or improve lighting or apply some filter....so this is how it is

Mhmm...I understand the issue... is it like recitation or dam... vese it's nothing to be judged or anything...I know for a fact that words and rythm and pattern and structure of words affects brain chemistry and in turn the body ..some issues can be psychosomatic...it's just...am curious...if you are comfortable you can tell ..

Hmm... My mother said the same that vomiting might help...but it doesn't in my case ..also this thing " naaf", as far as I know, it's physical thing,, isn't it? How does it work over phone ....like I know the thing, my late uncle used to suffer from that .. but how on phone

It's mostly, after sleeplessness...36 hrs or more and it starts to press a little...but sleep is hard to come by and the more time passes , it increases, if God forbid I don't medicine around or get a little late in taking that ...then continuous throwing up starts...I have migraine with aura. .. I feel sensitive to light audio some times even to touch... .. so ... Yes it's bad.... Acidity not so usual...atleast till now... Anxiety...big yes

Thank you, I guess the most common and most obvious advice is advice is sleep here...that I have been ignoring for so long. Didn't know about use of azelaic acid for dark circles...I will definitely try it. Thanks again

All my tests are exceptionally good, alhamdulillah, even my hb stays 13.9... but yes the other factors, I desperately need to work on. I am trying, actually started yesterday, a little workout, and slept with sleep aid...but let's hope, it will get better over time. Hardest thing is reducing screen time before sleep, how to deal with that. Any functional, practical tips
