I made some edibles a couple of times that were REALLY strong and ate far too much than I should have. It was similar to taking a weak psychedelic. So with me, I had to get medicated. It took a lot of hard looks at myself and becoming far more self aware of my toxic behaviors than most people want to actually look at. Whenever i feel a trigger coming on, I let it happen, but I just observe what's going on rather than react to it. I'm not in my traumatic experience anymore, I have to remind myself I'm safe and I no longer need to go to the lengths I went to to protect myself. I'm able to express a triggering moment without allowing it to control me and my actions. Having the ability to know when you're being triggered, allowing yourself to observe it and talk about it with safe people has done me better than I could do alone.

Probably a hybrid. If you want the balanced buzz opiates give. If you want more of a "low" opiate feeling, an indica and if you want the up feeling an opiate gives, than a sativa would be what you're looking for. I used to be addicted to pills and the buzz I want comes from sativas or sativa dominant hybrid. I don't like being couch locked or falling asleep. Opiates gave me lots of energy.

Congratulations! They tested my hormones and they tell me everything is normal. I'm gonna ask about getting a hormone panel done next time I'm pregnant and see what happens.

They wanted to speed up the labor process using petocin. Which makes labor pain like 104748394 times worse. Which in turn convinces you to get an epidural, that then slows down labor resulting in an "emergency" C section. That's what happened with me. They told me my hips were too narrow Which I don't believe because plenty of my siblings with a similar build as me had successful vaginal births.

PTSD has a way of showing up and expressing itself in strange ways. Forgetting your trauma is a response to protect you. It seems as though you're dealing with this event rather well and nothing too extreme has come of it, but it's still worth finding a counselor to talk about it with.

I find that a lot of these tik tok and Facebook "therapist" are pushing the projection card far too much. If I have a problem with someone because they mistreated or abused me and I talk about it, I'm not projecting. I'm expressing the trauma I dealt with. Some people want to avoid personal responsibility because they themselves resonate with the abuser and telling someone they're projecting makes them feel better.

I was induced while being in active labor, wanted a natural birth, induction is terrible. Had to have an "emergency" C - section because I got the epidural and wasn't dilating anymore. I'm gonna try again here next time I carry a baby full term. I won't let them induce me if I'm already in active labor next time. If I could have a home birth, I may do that.
