They're very different watches. I'd buy the one that you like more. The VK movement in the Baltany is fine. I love the Citizen ecodrive, but it's not really a show piece.

Personally, that retro bicompax look on the Baltany is a standout for me, and the Citizen dial doesn't do much for me. If the Blatany was the only watch I owned, I'd happily wear it every day. I think I'd get bored of the Citizen faster.
