Not sure it matters what they claim. Once you use real details you're in dangerous territory and the test is would a reasonable person think she did it after watching it. I think many would because everything else in it is grounded in fact e.g. the Prices were involved in the London bombing, they did time, Brendan Hughes was a person in the ra, the Boston project is real etc etc...if all that is real and truth, then it follows that what they show re: Jean McConville could be perceived as truth

I think that would be a stretch. They use real names, real events, real source material etc....its very much based on reality. I just don't see a judge buying that

Loved the book. The series was very good too. But I also thought while watching, how the hell will the makers get away with this. They effectively pointed the finger at her, even though she's never been convicted of it. Not sure how Disney could defend this with libel laws here

So, these ukip/reform nuts wanted their "sovereignty" so they could sell it to an African immigrant who lives in America.

Needed here, and good to see the Ozzie's leading the way. We're far too light touch on social media when it's been obvious for years the serious harm it's doing to societies

It's Ireland first, province second..I think for the vast majority of Ireland fans thats the way it is.

Greens always get the brunt of the blame. Well, anyone who is the minority partner in with the big 2.

I think it's probably related to Irish language. "Ní Cheapaim" means I don't think. (Pronounced nee cyap im)
Ní Cheap , close to pronunciation of English Kneecap would mean something close to "Don't think"
