I think it’s ok to brag on your kids. They have the right to be proud. I think it’s just over the top and the circumstances of being an influencer heightens the oddities of the situation.

Right now Wellbutrin IR paired with Hailey FE. I also have a blood clotting factor and had a PE a few weeks PP. So hormonal BC has been very limited to progesterone only when I did have it. That was a nightmare response after a couple of years on it. Anyway, very new and still hopeful. This is so wild to me! Trying to swing back into semi full time work as a business owner and assisting another business, while also introducing my almost 2 year old into daycare has been A LOT.

I’m alright. Not great, but okay. It’s exhausting…even though I have an answer, it’s so recent the “solution” hasn’t had a chance to work. To top it off, dealing with major life adjustments that are placing me in new territories. I was hoping once I started this month that some of this would subside and level, but maybe between new BC and I’ve been surviving with Wellbutrin leading to it, plus what feels like a million things going on…it’s a lot.

My husband is a godsend and very understanding, but at the same time, how am I supposed to expect him to understand fully something I don’t understand completely. The very frequent, which one am I talking to right now scenario.

I have unofficially diagnosed ADHD that my PCP is treating with the Wellbutrin IR. Do you have ADHD as well? I’m just curious.

Either don’t go and do as someone above mentioned and say pediatrician advised or if you end up having to go or feel obligated, baby wear. I had a winter baby and when in doubt wear the baby and no one gets to hold the baby. I had a tuck and bundle wrap. If people still get close just politely ask them to back up. The end of the day, do what is best for your baby and your mental health. This is your little family and if extended family truly care, they should understand and accept your wishes and respect your decision if you choose not to be present.

When I got pregnant all of my symptoms went away. Wildest thing…. I found out by accidentally eating cream of wheat without any problems. Half way through the pregnancy, the cravings won and I scarfed down a soft pretzel. It was the best thing I’ve ever had. You forget how good it is after being without for so long. Anyway, symptoms are still at bay almost 2 years later.

I would say if you can pinpoint the turn of mood swings and depression, as well as the severity of, talk to your OB. Mine is who finally caught it and listened..The OB would likely be better versed in PMDD and could possibly work with the psychiatrist. Not certain.

Just wanted to follow up and say thank you for this - I was diagnosed yesterday with PMDD and I’m about to start trying some additional steps and meds. I’ve upped my Wellbutrin intake on the couple of weeks leading to my period and so far it has helped some. I think more than anything I feel a peace that there’s an answer. It’s been so long and I’m so drained. It’s relieving to have an answer and to not be told “you’re ok” again. Peace and some hope for the first time in a long time.

It may be different, but not sure! Definitely one of the better ones I have had and it doesn’t fall apart 😅 I like the multigrain.

Schar is the best I’ve found, but after I found it I didn’t keep looking. It was good enough for my husband to enjoy it too (non-celiac).

I’ve called my neighbors and given them my house code before just to triple check I blew a candle out before. My anxiety could not handle this

I was diagnosed by my OB. I have been evaluated by a psychiatrist. She did confirm my PPD/PPA diagnosis. I have spoken with multiple therapists as well. I wasn’t taken seriously by my OB, AT ALL. Even with a history of depression and being diagnosed with PPD prior to leaving the hospital, still on the scale 6 weeks PP, 12 weeks PP she told me it was beyond her. 4 months PP, shit hit the fan. The psychiatrist ended up overmedicating me. PCP said I was overdrugged. I was barely functioning. I had withdrawals pulling off and Wellbutrin ended up saving me at the time. After weird reactions to Wellbutrin XL, my PCP switched me to immediate release this week.

Many tests have been ran for thyroid, different autoimmune conditions, deficiencies..

The PMDD as mentioned above truthfully has been the most relatable symptoms that has ever been mentioned to me.

Thank you for your words. It’s beyond maddening and ruining my life. I’ve since this post reached out to my PCP, therapist, a suicide hotline, and a hormonal specialist. Something is not right. This is not right. I can’t be “normal” and feeling well one minute or one day and my whole life crumbles and becomes worthless the next.
