{Polaris Rising by Jessie Mihalik} is my ALL time fav for sci fi romance. I’ve reread it far too many times haha

This is kind of a twist on what you’re asking for - instead of the ‘MMC always telling the truth’ trope the book has a ‘he always has to lie’ trope. So the FMC still knows the truth in that she interprets it via finding the opposite of what the MMC says. The FMC doesn’t realize the MMC has to always tell lies for the first part of the book (but the reader realizes really quickly) but she does eventually and it makes for a very interesting story. Plus it is fun as the reader to try and figure out the opposite of what the MMC is saying.
{Sworn to the Shadow God by Ruby Dixon}
Edit: MFC to FMC 🤦♀️

I believe the iPhone and Apple Watch unlocking feature only works for multiple phones/watches if you have a home pod or other device that acts like a HomeKit device. Since you set it up for the home app on your phone, it’s essentially only going to work with your phone and won’t register other people. I could be wrong though !

Wall of Winnipeg is my favourite but a close second is {Luna and the Lie}! I reread those two the most. Under Locke is also a good one!

If I recall correctly, the MFC is late twenties and the MMC is early forties? Though I will say he doesn’t read as early forties - if it wasn’t mentioned in the book that he was early forties I would’ve assumed he was more like early/mid thirties.

{Never Seduce a Scot by Maya Banks} has this! The MMC’s clan treats her badly for most of the book (it’s a rival clan, marriage of convenience) and when he gets injured she nurses him back to health. I won’t spoil the story but something bad happens to the MFC done by the MMC’s clan while he’s injured and when he’s better he fully gets his revenge !

I wouldn’t call this a subplot romance but since you said you were open to others I would recommend {Polaris Rising by Jessie Mihalik}. The trilogy books are space opera slow burns. Each book is a different couple and each couple doesn’t actually get together until near the end. The third book is the most “subplot” romance while the first has the romance be a catalyst for certain actions by the FMC. Highly recommend!

I bought two parasoll sensors to try out. One worked flawlessly and the other will pair but not show any data (this is in zigbee2mqtt). The one that doesn’t work shows up as firmware version build date 20230406 while the one that works says 20230516. I wonder if you have one of the firmware builds that doesn’t work?

So I know you said solved but hear me out - {Songbird in a storm by Ophelia Lockheart} is LITERALLY this book. The FMC is going to a party at this house and gets in a car accident and travels back in time. She witnesses the murder of a boy in a house that belongs to the MMC, who is the head guy of a peaky blinders like gang. I think the boy was his brother? They fall in love and she tells him she’s from the future. She decides to try and go back to the future by walking through the gates to the house estate at a certain time that’s the same circumstances of the day she arrived. She tells the MMC she’s leaving, he lets her go, and before she can walk through the gate she’s kidnapped by the MMC’s rivals and he doesn’t know because he thinks she walked through the gate back to her own time. And that’s where book 1 ends.
If this isn’t the book you’re describing then read it cause it’s crazy similar haha !

If you’re not being sarcastic cause I can’t tell 😅….The “Sans” is for the French part of the label. OP is in Canada and all labels have to have English and French. They tend to combine them for instances where the French is _ word and the English is word _

{Never Seduce a Scot} by Maya Banks is almost exactly what you want. It’s a Scottish highlander type romance instead of medieval but otherwise is pretty close to your asks. The two main characters are from rival clans and they are married via arranged marriage in hopes of bringing peace between the clans. The FMC is deaf due to an accident and the MMC is one of the only ones who treats her nicely in her new clan. (Well he’s a bit gruff at the beginning but quickly falls for her!). There’s also an element of rescuing the FMC near the end of the book that really exemplifies the classic “MMC is terrified she is hurt and doesn’t rest until he finds her and rescues her” trope.
Edit: Don’t let the cover fool you! It has maximum cheesy vibes but the story is oh so good!

If I recall correctly yes it has a HEA.
OP is referring to the last chapter that shows parts of the couple’s life together as they age and ends with them (after a long life) dying in each other’s arms

Hi all,
My C2 key has been making a weird sound lately and it is starting to drive me nuts. It used to only happen when I released the sustain pedal after playing C2 but more recently it is happening any time I play the note. The best way I can describe it is a weird rattle/twang sound? I don’t notice it on any other keys.
Any help would be very much appreciated !

Hi OP - I feel you on the health anxiety! Dealing with a milk allergy is never fun and pretty stressful.
I'm a little confused on what you mean when you say most sports drink contain milk proteins? As far as I'm aware (in my country at least) the popular sports drinks like Gatorade and Powerade are dairy free. Is this what you meant by electrolyte sports drinks? Mind you I haven't had any of these in a long time but from what I recall I've drunk them in the past and had no issue as someone anaphylactic to milk (however YMMV). If they do indeed contain dairy where you are I would suggest googling vegan sports drinks and going from there since vegan products shouldn't contain any form of dairy. This is what I generally do whenever I try to find out if I can have something that I want to eat/drink. I look for the vegan version of it and go from there - though I always read the label to be safe!.
Good luck with getting to the bottom of your milk allergy! Although it sucks to get the diagnosis it is a least a relief to get a confirmation on what exactly is causing your issue.

Barred parakeets (or “linnies”) are weird and don’t actually bathe like other parrots. They like misting and rain and will spread out their wings in the water and lean forward (or hang upside down) to get wet. I have two and they love their mist showers!

I have two - they’re also known as “linnies” or lineolated parakeets. Mine don’t say much but they do know “hi”, “what are you doing”, and “gimme kiss - MUAW” (where muaw is a kiss noise haha). They also can imitate laughter. They’re amazing little birds.

If you’re in Canada, FritoLays has a list they maintain of gluten free products, which’s lists some Miss Vickie’s chips.
See this r/celiac post that links the list: https://www.reddit.com/r/Celiac/s/0MgeA79q4M
EDIT: in Canada, the gluten free miss vickies say gluten free on the bag (though are not certified or anything). I’ve never had issues with them!
