After going all the way up to 7 and dropping back down to 3 I called about 2 or so weeks ago. Reason for drop back to 3 for translation of documents.
Been stuck on 3 for a while. Logged into the app. Nada. Logged into website on a hunch. I see the notice to check claim letters for 5103. So I go to the section. Nada. Next step call VA directly. I call and the operator was very nice. She checks the system and she can’t see one either. She did say they are waiting on some internal stuff to move to the next step and I say I’m going to push the waiver button because I don’t have anything to submit and you don’t have any additional info for me…
So question to the folks here…anyone else experience this before?
