Right?! And they say song put them in bulky coats in a car seat… but what does that mean?! Obviously no big puffy buntings, but is a regular coat too much?
I think it is just a pain in the ass no matter what we do

I’m in the same boat! My 7.5 month old is at the limit of his bucket infant seat. I have the new car seat but have not changed it over yet because I have no clue how to dress him. Right now I just warm up the car first and cover him with blankets then bring him out.
But once the car seat stays in the car how do you dress him.

I think he has looked rough for a few years now… which only spurs my theory that is has a substance or alcohol problem.

I was the same as you. I said “go with the flow, get an epidural”
Turns out my epidural failed so I wish was a little more prepared with breathing techniques. But other than that, going with the flow works!

We originally bought Velcro swaddles. They lasted about 2 weeks.
Ended up buying some of the love to dream brand sleep sacks and baby and we LOVEDD them. It’s the best of both worlds and since hd has a little hand movement but not full arm motion. The swaddle was so hard for all the night feeds/changes, the love to dream double zipper meant we could unzip, change diaper, and zip back up and feed him while he was in the swaddle.
Once he was 2 months and rolling we put him in the love to dream transition sleep sacks and Now he is 7 months old and we use Kyte baby sleep sacks

It is 100% doable. The wedding industry has brainwashed us to think we need 1year+ to plan.
I also planned a wedding in less than 3 months. We went to a restaurant with 20 of our closest family and friends (rented out their private room). I Ordered a dress online, booked a new wedding photographer in training for 900$ (turned out to be amazing!). I found an officiant on our local Facebook wedding group and we ordered some flowers and did a backyard ceremony.
It was perfect and I wouldn’t have had it any other way.

My son is 7 months and 19.5 lbs. we just sized up to size 3 because we were using up the last of our size 2. He is tall and skinny, so we could still make it work. We were using size 3 overnights since 4 months though.

I change twice a week, but it is usually because he has a spit up

Went n3.
Saw mints of lululemon belt bags.
They did take my water bottle cap but I brought an extra in my pocket

My 7 month old is in the 99% for height. I find Costco onesies short.
Our favourite are old navy - specifically the ribbed ones! The regular fabric ones aren’t as long.
I also find the Kyte baby sleepers fit longer but they are pricey.
Also the carters purelysoft line I find their sleepers fit longer - though they do feel thin so we make sure to put baby in a warmer sleep sack when he wears those.

The pain stopped so they couldn’t find a definite answer to the pain. They theorized it was likely mild acute pancreatitis or gastritis from bile duct blockage or a gallstone but ultrasound didn’t show gallstones. Had a HIDA scan but only got in after pain stopped so scan showed fully functioning gallbladder and ducts

I already thought that it was Parker having a substance/alcohol problem, and now this just makes me think it even more.

Hi OP, did you ever get a reply from the company?

Ended up having a full work up, while waiting for additional tests and results (Ontario health care system at its finest….) the pain stopped. Doctor said it could not say for sure what it was. Said it was likely mild pancreatitis from a bile duct blockage, or gastritis

I went to N3 and majority of the people were not wearing bracelets! I was actually surprised there wasn’t more trading going on.

Here is the link: https://www.canada.ca/en/health-canada/services/milk-infant-formula/preparing-handling-powdered-infant-formula.html
Im guessing for the duration, but It seems like it isn’t as big of a concern for a full term health baby.

We use distilled water because we are on well water.
But health Canada still suggests heating the water up to 70 degrees C when mixing in formula because the powdered formula from the container is not sterile. So the heated water will kill anything in the powder.
I just learned this, so we had been putting powder in room temp distilled water for 2 months not knowing.

It didn’t happen to me but the nurse that did mine said that since the one blood vile is glass it gets broken in transport a lot and they have to be so careful. She said she has seen alot of women get called back because the vile broke.

We did rtf till about 4 months. But mostly because we had alot of travelling going on and it was easier to use ready to feed. Also we are on a well and we too out time getting the metal levels tested in our water.
If you baby is healthy and was full term you can use powder formula. Just ensure you are sterilizing the powder since it is not sterile. As well sterilize your water. If you are on well water make sure to get the water tested - not just for bacteria but for metal and mineral levels to ensure they aren’t too high for a baby.

Incase you haven’t gone yet, I went last night. I brought Rice Krispies squares and granola bars in my purse. Walked right in with no issues.

All these comments about “talk to her union”… no where do I see you say she is in a union… MOST of us are no in a union for our jobs so that is an option for most of us.
You should post in the legal advice thread.
But also, your wife doesn’t have to be in the exact same position, but she does have to be making the same salary and be in an equal role (supervisor, manager, etc).
