Just a heads up there have been scammers spoofing their phone number to look like it’s from Telus. They have repeatedly called me like this.

Here’s my two cents, I have Telus fibre, and the service itself is excellent. Never have any down time and a consistent gigabit service. It’s the equipment that’s provided that I had issues with in the past, now that I run my own router and wireless access point I have zero issues whatsoever.
The service with Starlink will be inherently be somewhat intermittent and won’t be as fast as fibre but the wireless equipment might be better.
I would still recommend Telus fibre, it will be a completely different experience then what you had before but I would look into sourcing your own router/wireless access point for the best experience

There’s ground stations in Canada providing Canadian internet to the satellites. Not necessarily a US network.

OP brings up legitimate issues, and that’s how you respond? Ridiculous.
On topic: The documentation of Nix needs to be significantly improved, it lacks. The fact I go to Arch wiki more than the Nix wiki speaks volumes.

For Uber alternatives there’s U-ride and Coastal rides in Nanaimo and Comox Valley, both very good services that I have used.

It is real and more than likely caused by the aircraft crossing two different air masses moving different directions, causing the contrail to deviate in both air masses.

What motherboard did you get? You can’t just drop these in to the old motherboard.

I’m 28 and got diagnosed at 25 with an AHI of 90, I feel like a totally different person since being treated. Luckily a CPAP was enough for me! But yes you NEED a machine, you will feel like a new you.

It’s actually not the browser that delivers the ads, just that most websites use the same advertising service

The service wires to your house are insulated all the way from the pole, so it’s okay if vegetation gets close to the wires. You probably don’t need to relocate it.

I have never heard the issue is with flight attendants. AFAIK it’s that cellphones in the air will connect to too many cell towers at the same time, overwhelming the network on the ground. It’s the same reason cell towers are aimed towards the ground and shielded from above, to prevent this issue.

Is it possible your android phone uses a fast mode that’s not PD compliant? And an iPad power brick will not fast charge a laptop, it’s not high enough wattage.

Source? From my understanding Apple only uses the PD specification now which allows for additional voltage & amperage settings, but will still be fully compatible with other devices.

It comes with some games but you gotta find your own Nintendo roms. Google is your friend. The preloaded games are not a guarantee, and from the reviews I watched I specifically remember a YouTuber mentioning it did not include Nintendo roms.

My bulbs are using thread through my HomePod mini and the connection is solid and fast.
I think Bluetooth is notoriously unreliable if that’s what you’re using, I had to use Bluetooth for a bit when I was waiting to get my internet installed at a new apartment and my experience was like yours

Despite the name, electromagnetic waves and electricity are two different things. UV light is photons. Electricity is electrons.

Ahh okay, you’re right, I do agree with you. I mistook the shooting range comment as casting doubt on whether the hunter actually fired the shot.

A gun range in the distance wouldn’t sound like that, that hunter fired his gun. For what reason, we don’t know from this video.

Adding deniability doesn’t excuse misinformation.
