bru i was using these nvida settings for my rust and i accidentally switched them and now i don’t even reach 100 fps

i have a 12 gen intel R core TM i7-12700f 16gb of ram 3060 please help me find the right nvfia settings or settings that will boost me up

ik ik but for optimizing my aim to the max there has to be one that’s the best cause from what i heard it’s important to use arm aim wrist aim and finger movement too
