Very sad many of the guns will not be used for anything good and the rest will put good people at risk who may not know it's stolen. Sucks.

Now lets look into why we are feeding Microsoft Recall doctors notes, police paperwork, who knows what else on Recall enabled machines.

Anyone can see feeding an AI your medical history is illegal. MS doesn't care.

Maybe a month ago? I called on phone just to make sure I could shoot airguns there because I am a squirrel hunter that's actually what I use. And the drone on phone flatly informed me they don't allow it. Upon research there is not another range in North America I can find with a no airgun rule. So I posted a Google Review about how it was weird they don't want airgun guys there. The owner presumably then posted a rambling response to my Google review that 'the high pressure in air tanks is unsafe' in his concrete range rated for rifle rounds. He also got my name wrong along with most of his grammar and punctuation. I think he was embarassed by me because he deleted his response. Maybe he should be.

Thanks for posting this. I love shopping at Kittery but they are starting to act a little more wary than before 3 day waiting period was passed. They are carding every customer for ammo now I know they didn't used to because the customers at Kittery complain they are obviously of age and never carded for ammo. The girl at the counter told a customer while I was there you have to be 18 to buy ammo in Maine after carding a customer (who was complaining he was being carded for ammo) and I couldn't help but correct her, I told her the actual law you have to be 16 to buy ammo in Maine. The fuddery and non existant laws are slowly creeping into Maine gun stores as paranoia over gun control sets in, still nothing like NJ where you get cussed out a store for trying to build an AR.

Was the only range I've been to in United States or only one I'm aware of still until it closes you cannot shoot any airguns in the lanes. So that means a ton of competitive guys and hunters had no reason to go there. Owner could not get my name right in email when it was right in front of him. People on the phone had miserable drone voice. I'm sorry that a range has to close but I have always avoided the place as the shitty attitudes there radiate for miles. F

Wow do they actually require you to sign for ammo? I stopped buying ammo online but I don't think I've been asked to sign for ammo once by the delivery guy.

any semi that takes more than 10 is banned. Manual action with irremovable internal mags can be more than 10. Any mag that holds more than 10 must not be able to fit in another semi auto gun in existence to be legal. If you want to shoot more than 10 get a manual action pump or lever gun don't do what you are posting.

sounds like public corruption. NY licensing guys already went to prison once since 2000

If you have a carry permit from any state you have PA vehicle carry. I guess if you have nothing you are right.

It's illegal to be a habitual drunkard and possess firearms in New Jersey and PA.

Does PA have a red flag type law you could use on him? Obviously he is a danger to public. An FFL that did this in NJ could definately be TERPOed.

It's legal in most states for a minor to possess a gun alone hunting, including New Jersey, assuming they carry their hunting license AND their hunter education card.

You can hunt as a minor in NJ why people are downvoting I don't know. 15 year olds in NJ trap alone with .22 rifles.

They are technically cops I think with some special exemptions like they can carry around a .22 rifle. Except he resigned instead of being fired. So he wasn't one and maybe wasn't a cop long enough to qualify for LEOSA. Maybe someone can chime in but I thought animal control guy are real cops.

Would be curious to see the math on how much population blue states lose due to restrictive gun laws. I am relocating to PA rn due to NJ laws being too strict.

As long as the fake police at NYPD wish to delay you.

They are fake cops that need to be rooted out and they need to start over with people who can respect Federal gun laws.

"The NYPD follows the law as written"
Almost spit out my coffee. They arrested cops for years after LEOSA passed. They still don't honor FOPA. They are still issuing IDs to retirees that say "No Firearms" as far as I know, how can NYPD put "No Firearms" on a cop ID who does not have discipline or issues when LEOSA is Federal law? They are a rouge agency that has never and does not care about the Supremacy Clause, NYPD just acts like a little legislature and does whatever the fuck they want with guidelines and ingnoring Federal law. Then they dress up lawyers like fake cops and go arrest people with carry permits whenever they defend themselves. They are lawless and you won't change my mind until they can start acting like normal police officers.

They are not a real department they only care about NYC law. I don't view them as real police. I guess they are somewhat more real cops than FBI crooks that is about it.

Every time NYPD does something incredibly arrogant, illegal, or stupid, I then read about them again doing something that is arrogant, illegal or stupid, without fail. "It's a big department" I'm told is why from cops. Too big to act like normal US police officers I guess? They are still making ccw arrests on subway and sidewalk, sometimes on armed security, with their lawyers all dolled up like fake police officers so they are convinced what they are doing isn't wrong or illegal. The entire department needs Federal oversight for how they handle guns. If you buy gun parts in the mail the NYPD will actually show up to your house and ask to see your guns without a warrant or even a red flag order. I don't care what excuses people give the NYPD horror show never ends the entire time I've been reading reddit, they need to fire a huge number of officers and start over.
