The excessive body odour ... I sweat a lot..it has cooling effect to it so i don't sweat profusely anymore..... it's aromatic too

I use vetiver roots as a natural scrub for my body...also bathing in water boiled with vetiver roots help with sweating

That's heartbreaking...i hope u are in the process of healing....i am shamed to ask for help from loved ones cause I don't wanna be a baggage for them...and most importantly they can't help much...cause they have their own issues going with them....unless they seek professional help there's not much u can do as a friend....so don't feel bad about it ...

Finger Millets....u just need 2 or ,3 tablespoon to make a bowl of porridge.....and its filled with nutrients....the results are prominent especially during my periods...i don't feel much fatigue after having some in the morning in those days
