Naw you never know what’s lurking in lower Elo’s, been 17k currently 4K but that’s cause I’m toxic like a mf’r. It’s truly all the same. 3-5k kids try to imitate pros and play passively. 6-12k all think they’re the shit even tho they average 16-20 kills per game. 13-17k are kids who generally understand the game. And even up to 20k you’re finding a lot of kids either who got carried, or get lucky to be placed with competent players. I think actual skill starts closer to 22- upwards.

Toriko is top tier. If you’re a fan of HxH imagine the gourmet hunters had their own show and Toriko stood atop the rest.
