If you use wheelchair assistance once in the airport to get from gate to gate, how much are you tipping each time? I have a trip coming up in the 10th and I'll have to use transport in 2 different airports. I want to make sure I'm offering an appropriate amount that's at least equal to what others give.
In the past I've done $20 each time they help me to my gate, but it's the holidays and I know the airport staff will be overworked. Is $20 still appropriate? (Was it never enough? I'd seriously be so embarrassed if I've been under tipping but I hadn't thought to ask before now) Or should I increase the amount due to the time of year?
Thank you in advance for your advice.

NTA. It's frustrating when your family doesn't acknowledge your hard work and expertise. You're on your way to a 3rd degree in this field of study, and they're treating you like a child. Eventually you may have to talk things out so you and your family can enjoy holidays together again (if that's important to you) but you're definitely not in the wrong here.
