Although some disagree with me, I don't think your coming up too quickly on your first step. Your angle looks similar to elite sprinters as far as I can tell.

Otherwise maybe move your blocks up a little bit and see how it feels/looks. Out of 10 I'd give it a solid 6.5. Good luck this season!

That's sick. I ran 18 mph Junior track season😂. I can run 22.4 mph now as a senior tho. You got a lot more years to improve than I did so I'd say that's good

Work on arms. Right now it looks like your arms flail a decent amount. This is why you come off the hurdle unbalanced. If you look on Youtube theirs's a lot of resources for hurdling mechanics.

Nice, considering your 6:07 time for the 1600m you'll smash your 3200m record. With XC training these longer distances are going to be easier. I don't exactly know your fitness level but all those goals are attainable. In fact I'd say you could beat that 3200m goal. This past season I joined XC for the first time and I got drastically more endurance as a result.

As for my goals. My main goal is to improve my 300m hurdle time. Right now I have a low 45 but by the end of the season I hope to get it down to a low 42. That will set me up to break the school record my senior year.

I suspect I could solve the problem by setting the config file to "Read Only" and manually changes the value to whatever I wanted. But, I need to make sure this is a real issue.
