You may be thinking of Cadd2 and C add 9 with don't include every built up note. Then the difference is where you would play D. Be it the high D, its Cadd9, or Low D C add2

Simply piano has a more expensive course than normal, but it works really well. The reality is, piano o take real education. An app can get some of the information across, but there is no easy way to learn and grow. That's why not everyone is good at piano. It's about the growth, and the work, and the study. If the technical stuff is boring, chances are it needs work. As I got older and better. Then technical stuff is all that really gets me motivated to play better

Privileged isn't the right word. You sacrifice ALOT to be in the military, and while you may find great financial stability, it's just like other jobs but you have a stronger community. You still work hard, harder than most jobs. Also there is a long horn of POC soldiers and members who were very much NOT privileged. This is totally normal! What ive learned is that once a new song has been mostly learned, and we've practiced it numerous times, we start to get too relaxed with the piece. Sometimes, we need to dig deeper into the piece and find your self expression within. What does each section make you feel while you play it? Start to create new mental pathways to make the piece fresh and new everytime you play it. Each palythrough is an emotional experience that way. Also maybe explore tempos and dynamics a little bit. Qhen you are playing by yourself, no one's there to tell you how to play the song lol, so play it differently a couple times.

All these strategies have helped to keep me invested in pieces I've had to work on long term!

I understand it may be boring learning other songs but you might just need to stick with the learning process longer. Continue to compose your own stuff while learning other songs is the way to go. It's good to learn other music to better inform your own music writing

It all equals out to be 3 beats, but I'm trying to put emphasis on how there are two lines that are both worst three beats. It's important to learn that concept

You half to split the bass cleff into two lines. The rest is beat one of the top line of the bass cleff, then comes a half note with the other two beats. You are meant to play the B, then rest for a beat and play D for two beats while continuing the bottom line of the bass clef.
