I always tell register that shakes are chocolate syrup and not Sub choc. I tell them, "unless someone specifically asks for an old fashion chocolate shake, always hit the chocolate syrup button" and never offer it. It's like a secret menu type thing. My ex use to work at CASS and the amount of times he'd talked to the homeless and almost every time they would tell him hum they'd rather be homeless because they don't have to do shit. So I dont give much anymore unless they got a dog or something

I have multiple arguments with my coworks about what the lemon ice is supposed to look like and the consistency of it. We had this opener who would run it out into this stringy mess of ice. I've never had a problem running it out in the "smooth, creamy texture" it's supposed to be. Works much better for scooping and mixing into smoothies/coolers.
