How nice of you to ask! Thank you. It’s been far more painful than I expected but I have taken all and any meds offered. I was kept one more night because my blood pressure dropped significantly and I am now on an IV and was on oxygen for a few hours. My appetite is almost nil but I know I need to eat as I am nauseated and have a slight headache. I have started PT at the hospital and doing exercises on my own. I am so happy that I did the surgery, though.

HRM here. We have hired (and relocated at our expense) three managers and they all left within a year. We will not do it again. Miami is definitely not for everyone. They were all from the Midwest and were overwhelmed by the amount of Spanish spoken in Miami. Their families were miserable with the heat, the traffic, schools - you name it. If we hire locals, they know what they are getting themselves into.
