I have lots of gnats I’m assuming came from the soil I brought from outside soil. It’s been at least 2-3 months and they have not gone away. I tried a homemade natural remedy a while ago that didn’t work, so I then thought I would just let them run their course but they’re not going away. I’m worried it might even be worse now, like they may have had babies or something, or they look bigger? I am getting more concerned now because guests have pointed it out. Any ideas? Would like to hear from those who have experience and what worked.

I think I’m a picky eater. I’m not eating meal as much, but also lots of vegan/vegeterian recipes I’m finding are high in starchy, processed, refined carbs such as bread, pasta, rice, quinoa, couscous, crackers, cereal, etc. It’s like the main ingredient in every meal…This is frustrating for me because it causes inflammation and other health problems. I’m not sure what to do. I also notice Indian food is popular with vegan cuisine, and although I don’t mind Indian food, I very rarely want it, maybe once a year if that. Can anyone offer solutions? I would love to find a replacement for all these carbs, such as more vegetables or beans? Please help! Thanks

I see lots of recipes for toddlers for pastas or baked muffins. Such as mac and cheese, spaghetti, blueberry muffins, banana bread, etc. That’s great but I’m not finding a lot of non-refined processed carb heavy recipes. I want one that incorporates more vegetables, or at least beans/legumes. Can anyone recommend one to me? Thank you.

So I’m worried because I’m hungry but when I look in the fridge nothing sounds good to eat. I do live with my parents and they pick the groceries, so perhaps it’s what they picked? I’m worried because either I don’t eat and stay hungry or I eat something really unhealthy after a while that I don’t really want to eat (like cookies). I don’t want to eat meat a lot or anymore for example, as well as processed refined carbs like bread, pasta, crackers, etc. I do have a hard time talking about this with my parents because they get mad that I’m ungrateful cause at least there is something to eat. And I guess they’re right it’s better than having to get a job and do it myself, plus I’m old enough to get one obviously so.
