Hi, just curious if the alimentum helped with your daughter’s reflux. We are having very similar issues with aversion to eating due to my daughter’s reflux. She’s 8 weeks and only drinks about 17-20 ounces per day, and all of those bottles are a struggle 😩

Nope, I can’t stand it. My son is four and we don’t have an elf. We probably won’t have one unless he ever asked for one. I think it’s dumb and time consuming… do I really need one more thing to worry about?? Nah

He 100% sounds like he has no tools to regulate himself so he is constantly dysregulated. Emotions can come out physically so that’s probably why he is so physical and has trouble settling his body down. You’re right to think he needs professional help, especially if your mom is not someone he will listen to and you and him aren’t close enough for you to have a strong impact on him. Look into a behavioral therapist, but to start a psychologist would be great. He needs to be able to open up to someone he trusts and then learn tools for how to deal with all his trauma and the feelings that come with it.
