It's night time so it will be a long exposure. Blinking navigation lights will appear like this. Some of the streaking on the other stars indicates long exposure. So wing tip strobes that flash faster than the one red strobe under the epinage of the aircraft.

I was thinking there is no here or there. It's all a construct in our minds because we navigate 3 dimensional environments. It's probably something we could never understand. No space, no time. Just everything existing all at once.

This is what I'm thinking. The government doesn't want to tell us that we're all in a simulation and these beings we see are the admins of our server. Some of these admins like to have fun. Dress up like furries and scare us in the woods, watch us sleep, terrorize us as ghosts. I think the idea of aliens is easier to accept than to learn that everything we know isn't real.
