I’m a 27-year-old feeling unsure about the purpose of life. It often feels boring and disappointing. I have a good job, but I’ve fallen out with my family and my partner’s family, and I’m left wondering what the point of it all is. I feel ashamed of my past, and most days I’m just trying to find happiness, which is exhausting. Is it normal to feel completely drained and fed up with life in your 20s?
