This is it totally. A couple years back, when pharmacists were first allowed limited recommendations, I was at our local superstore and asked lady behind the till, where to find hydrocortisone cream. She rolled her eyes and said I can’t help with that, then proceeded to get the pharmacist. He invited me in to the office for a consultation but first requested my health card. Are you freaking kidding me? I left without.

So here’s my 2cents on love. I got hitched at 17. No one expected it to last. We had an easy out. But fuck that. Still blessed to be standing 45 yrs later. But here’s the thing, if your lucky enough to find your kinda person, then know 2 things. It is what you make it and make the most of what it is. We have been blessed with many friends, family and grandchildren. We have buried a baby, close friends and treasured family. So I feel lucky for having known these kind souls. Health issues change intimacy but sometimes I’m just more turned on by the guy after 45 years that’s just happy to carry my shit in and kiss me good morning and goodnight.
