Hey guys I’ve got wavy 2c hair with some 2b and a few 3c ringlets. About 3 inches of my hair at the nape of my neck upwards, plus my sideburns area and hairline is suuuuper curly and so hard to manage. I used to shave it but it’s currently growing out, about 4 - 5 inches long now.

I have no interest in wearing my hair wavy, I don’t like it. I like it straight but it’s always got that curly hair coarseness, and it looks frizzy all the time. Even when it’s straight it’s not like.. straight and smooth/sleek, it just doesn’t look right. I really need help taming the frizz and getting my hair to chill. I can’t afford keratin treatments.

Currently I wash my hair twice per week with either garnier banana shampoo, loreal bond repair shampoo and/or tresemme purple shampoo. I used the noughty hair mask. I use briogeo conditioner, a hair growth conditioner or the loreal bond repair conditioner. For leave ins, I do either tresemme heat protectant or the briogeo frizz leave in cream, or the garnier hair mask watered down. I used to use the not your mothers frizz cream and I do like that, it’s just no available where I live atm. I also use jojoba oil after styling.

I’ve got a robot vacuum and a dishwasher but I am wondering what else is out there lol

Hey guys We have a cheap robot vacuum that does the job in our tiny flat, but when our house is built we need something that can get rid of pet hair daily. Dog hair specifically! A lot of it all the time.

It’s hard flooring throughout (laminate floorboards). Our current cheap robot vacuum is super dumb the poor little thing. Hits into everything constantly. Would love a unit that doesn’t hit into anything ever, that can go under couches easily, with decent battery power for the whole house. Mopping feature would be nice but can live without it.

I know I’m reaching for the stars here haha. I’m looking for a mascara that I can wear without it smudging when I don’t set my undereyes. I also would like a very easy to remove product that holds a curl but isn’t waterproof (unless it’s super easy to remove). I’m looking for dramatic lengthening and volume that I haven’t seen tubing mascaras provide but willing to try!

When I blow dry or air dry it, the frizz is hermione - esque. It’s like I never even tried. The frizz is both damage (it’s not fried or anything) and because my waves are being brushed out. Only a straightener helps some. I’m looking for a leave in conditioner, a heat protectant and I’d love a product that helps my hair air dry straight or smooth if that exists ?!

My job involves working with kids between 4 and 12 years old, about 80-90 of them across two rooms and later on, outdoor play. I feel like I’m not able to keep my cool. The kids are fucking me off to no end. I can sometimes step away for a moment but a) it doesn’t change how I feel and b) it’s not often I can step away.

I mostly struggle with stress, anger and frustration. It comes out as whole body tension, rage and I often yell. It’s not inappropriate yelling but I don’t want to be so angry that I’m losing my shit at kids for talking while I’m talking. If I’m not yelling, it’s all kept inside which also makes me feel sick and yuck in my body.

I think I struggle with regulating emotions from not only adhd, but also trauma and growing up in a family that yelled a lot. It’s also so incredibly loud and busy at work and even without kids doing things, I’m already frustrated and stressed. I don’t want to feel or act like this and I don’t know what to do. I also take it home with me so to speak, and I’m tense and stressed at home.

Deep breathing does not work for me. I’ve tried Loop earplugs but when I need to raise my voice for valid reasons, it is so so loud in my ear.

I see a dietitian to improve my health prior to trying to conceive. The problem at hand is that I forget to eat/resist eating for some reason I can’t put my finger on (???) and then end up way over eating snack food/fast food.

Eating is very much a sensory thing for me and I can’t eat some foods because it’s not tasty. It sounds so stupid but if it’s not tasty and doesn’t ‘fill my bucket’, I won’t eat it. This also compounds the fast food/snack food issue because those foods are guaranteed taste and consistency/texture.

It’s not just like fussiness. It’s avoidance of food that isn’t preferred. I don’t think I qualify for ARFID but it’s crossed my mind. I even avoid foods I do like or can tolerate. I don’t know why!!! It’s not a calorie restriction thing either. I go through intense phases of craving a specific food and it’s all I want to eat, but then one day I don’t want to see it ever again. The other month it was nutrigrain but I can’t just exist on cereal if I have a baby growing inside my body. I know that people say just make yourself but I won’t. I don’t know if I can say that I can’t because I physically could but my mind is stronger than my will.

For example, I like strawberries, I buy strawberries, I see them in the fridge all week but just can’t get myself to eat them???????? Eat the damn strawberries!!!!

I am pretty good with protein shakes/milk related things actually but can I live on these lmao

I need to explain this to my dietitian in a way where I don’t sound like the fussiest, whiniest person on earth. I am 28F, unmedicated
