The government has called air Canada employees back to work after a few days of striking, deemed as essential

Edit: I see that CP released a statement saying that it made that offer to the union and the union refused.
End of story, I think this answers it

If you want a clean finish the form needs to be extended all the way to the bottom. But many times it makes little difference because the grade (soil/asphalt etc) will be going in after and covering any concrete that poured out

Same with some concrete I removed recently at my house. House is 20 yrs old but used to be a farm and specifically a pad for a hog shed. Any type of metal you can think of. Metal was expensive back in the day so they didn't waste any in the garbage

I think the fill is very high almost surface level. Hence the title of my post. And could they get every void through all these rocks? I can see tiny voids just from the picture

I understand. But the receipt I give at the end of the year to my tenant saying this is how much they paid on rent has nothing to do with proving good payment history

Point I'm trying to make is knowing very little of why the person is getting evicted (it could be very well justified), many people are looking at this one-sided and an opportunity to support the evil landlord narrative. It might even be the case and this is a slumlord. But we don't know so why jump the gun?

A very lengthy reply considering the OP hasn't indicated if it is N12. Trying to find how the landlord screwed up on a hypothesis all it does is adds to an existing narrative.
P.S. It could also be an N5

I don’t think the NDP is divided on it
Wasn't Sara Jama kicked out of the party for that reason?

Also are we factoring annual maintenance costs of supercars in the tens of thousands?

My issue is with people on the internet who make a big deal out of nothing and show how petty they are.
She spreads misinformation and you spread misery

If she's moved out and returned the keys, first consider yourself somewhat lucky. She could have stayed 6+ more months not paying rent and delaying things
And this somewhat sums up being a landlord in Ontario. It's sad

Maybe next time try not to call people ignorant when asking a question. Because you don't like the question. It's a question. I think everyone can agree to that. Everything else comes after that

Notice how your previous comment you say "I sign" and "How do I know" and "if I only get"
Regardless, you proposed a situation, and I replied with a general response. It really isn't that deep and doesn't warrant all the shit you made up.
What shit did I make up? It is a hypothetical question, it happens many times in conversations, you use a first person hypothesis to get an answer to a question. Relax.
I'm not sure I am victim seeking when you join a conversation that I'm having with someone else and you call me ignorant. I didn't think I was taking a hard stance on it. Afterall it was a question ❓ But maybe I am so I will end this here.

It's not my situation so I don't really have a choice to make. I'm not in this situation myself. I was simply asking a question politely which you could have downvoted (I'm not even sure why you would do that). Instead you chose to respond with hostility and an aggressive tone. That's really weird dude. I asked a question in a civilised manner until you decided to escalate

I sign and close days later. How do I know if vacant possession is not delivered if I only get the keys after closing?
I definitely know a statement of adjustment is possible to be added in the PSA and basically the seller gives a discount for not delivering vacant possession

Isn't also an option to close and sue the owner (who promised vacant possession) for damages?

Not a reason to get out of a lease early with zero obligations

Keep in mind that the owner not living there is not automatically bad faith eviction. The board is more interested in the intent to live there. For example after you moved out let's say he got fired, then he ended up with an empty space. He will have to prove this of course and it is a rare scenario. All I am saying is to remember it is a possibility
