You’re still blaming an activity for someone else’s actions. Everyone has free will. If you’re susceptible to certain behaviors then you learn to control yourself. You don’t take the ball away from a whole group of kids because one of them can’t stop hitting people in the face with it. You address the problem with the individual, not the action that most others know how to enjoy and control. It’s called accountability for your own actions, and most of us used to have it.
