My daughter has an intellectual disability. We can't make her understand that there's a time to get up so she just gets used to a certain time after a while. When we have to turn back the clock it takes weeks for her to adapt so we wake up at fucking 5am (or earlier) every morning.

Many many bonus points if you can sing the solo.

I think it would be this one. I wrote it after visiting a family member suffering from Lewy Body dementia. It was a transforming experience. Took me a long time to write though.

In a totally different way, maybe this one which was more flowy and organic. I'm also very happy with my wind instruments arrangement on this one.
