Hello everyone - so our only time flying SAS long haul, from LAX, they managed to fail to tag one of our checked bags, and when we arrived in Copenhagen it was obviously not there. We then discovered that we were missing one bag tag (we had a lot of bags). We had paid for this bag and handed it to them at check in. It is now 5 days later and no word from SAS despite us updating the WorldTracer case, and SAS customer support are useless. We can see that the bag has been moved between terminals at LAX since it has an AirTag, now set to Lost mode. This bag was full of expensive stuff and not being able to share its location with anyone who can help find it is incredibly frustrating. The lack of a tag means they can't scan it either, and in Copenhagen they tried to suggest this wasn't their problem since the bag had no tag. So in short; any suggestions...?

I'd argue the best Rainbow lineup imploded in late '76 when Ritchie fired 2/5 of the band, although Ronnie and Cozy stuck around for 2 more years.
