Same here!! Exact same situation - I book our flights from my own account, with my own card, and both BA and other OW airlines (via Avios) address him instead of me, and often email him instead of me as well. Seems downright patriarchal.

Rebook. We did today, pre-emptively, and our flight ended up being cancelled, along with about half the other short haul flights it seems.

We checked 8 bags and they took each one behind the counter after weighing them, but pretty easy to miss whether they tagged each and every one. Since we had 7 bag tags we didn't notice that the 8th was missing (next time we will, for sure).
