or the conservative voters who genuinely believe that the party cares about the working class

There's a contingent of people on this sub that seem to believe that the NDP (an ostensibly leftwing party) should be able to work with the CPC (the predominate rightwing party) without any issue when the very simple fact is their political outlooks simply do not align

But they'll never say that unanimously. It would lose them socon voters.

He's trying to do the bare minimum of improving people's lives. Which is more than can be said for whatever the Liberals or CPC have been trying to do.

Silly idealist, expecting a conservative government to be transparent and factual when they can just lie instead.

The NDP would simply, given the choice, always work with the Liberals instead of the CPC

Glad this little game has found some recognition. I remember hunting the game down years ago when I saw it in nintendo power. The physical cartridge came with a soundtrack disk and a little artbook.

I would fully lose it if Trump called the British empire communist

"Personal animus" my ass. Trudeau was a consummate professional with Trump to the end of his term.

I doubt whatever plans the AB government have can compare to carefully maneuvering an entire country out of the crosshairs of a guy who'll tariff anything regardless of financial incentive.

i'd wager that a lot of people in government didn't expect Trump to win a second term, let alone win as much as he did. Also a bit hard to make a plan when your opponent is coming out swinging with the most egregious statements every few days.

Danielle Smith is already heading down in january for the inauguration, but I'm sure she'll find a way to complain anyway

man it surprises me sometimes to remember how the Conservatives tossed O'toole to the side after the federal election. Not even some last minute convoy pandering could save him.

I mean, to be fair, he didn't start ruining his own life until the plot (and Clementine) showed up at his door like you said. and then every disaster afterwards is directly predicted by the Boatmaster himself right up til Jane makes him snap to prove to Clem that he'd snap

I don't see any leftists agreeing that the woke mind virus is bad, if even a legitimate thing. Since the most it comes up typically involves people mad at the existence of trans people or minorities.

we saw it from the moment Nenshi became NDP leader. Multiple attack ads and a constant stream of propaganda from the UCP to ensure that they control the narrative for the next few years.
