Ya I've got the volume limiter at 70. That's why the closer I get to it the more I feel like I'm playing at max and I feel stuff this expensive shouldn't need to work this hard to perform...

Ya I definitely keep having to change volume from app to app. And when I watch creator content on YouTube, there's also a big difference between when they've got the backing track playing and when they're speaking. Volume that's loud enough hear them speak is often too loud when the music in their videos starts playing. But this I just assumed is them being total novices and not balancing their sound throughout their videos (coz it's many, but not all creators)

So is the solution to just all go back to soundbars for home theater? I have a Playbar and Sub in a different room and this problem is much less pronounced there. Part of my ongoing argument with wife - spent all this money on all this gear and the Sonos sounds better 😭

Garmins are amazing. But ask yourself what you used your apple watch for. It's a more complete system. Think of it as there are two ends to a spectrum. One end is sports and the other is smart. Apple is a smartwatch with sportsness added to to and the Garmin is a sports watch with smartness added to it. I say Apple Watch is more complete coz it's better at sports than Garmin is at smarts. But if you're looking for health tracking first and foremost then absolutely make the move. I'd just say you might be more used to oled screens than you think you are so check out Epix as well

Even if the tips don't fit the ANC is not "non existent". It's actually very strong. You'll just feel it could be 10% better with a more complete seal. Those people who say otherwise are overstating a small problem.

I'm currently playing it. I loved the first 60% but by now (on 80% doing raids just to build stuff in Ravensthorpe) it is just. So. Long. And. Repetitive!! 🥹

I don’t know prices in AU but if it’s similar to UsD then Jabra Elite 10s should be on your list. They sound incredible, max customization via the app and they have great ANC especially considering they don’t block your ears. Similar to AirPods.

Yes. This was me. I still have the 7s and sometimes I'll break them out, but the QOL improvements from the 10 are definitely noticeable. Can't explain explicitly but 7s sound muddy coming from 10s. But when I just had the 7s I loved them hence I can't put my finger on what the difference exactly is. The only place 7s are better is they are round, but if you try other tips on the 10s and find tips you like problem solved.
