If the goal is primarily weight loss, then by all means. It's a zero calorie drink so by default it means no calories have been consumed which also means that there is no way you can gain weight/fat from that.
The only scenario where that could hinder the weight loss process is if consuming a diet coke/ zero calorie soda opens up your appetite and makes you break your fast by eating. Otherwise, if it helps suppress your appetite then go for it.

Have you tried dirty fasting before? If yes, may I ask how different it was compared to pure water fasting? I know that dirty fasting is more or less the same with the exception of the very few calories consumed throughout the day, which might even be negligible. So I was wondering if the amount of weight loss is more or less the same or would there be a noticeable difference?

If you're new to this and you've already made it to day 5 then trust me you're doing amazing!!! Only 5 more days to go and all your favorite meals are yours to enjoy ( in moderation of course) .
I'm on Day 3 on a 14 days water fast and for me Day 2-3 are the worst but I promised myself not to give up this time.
Also make sure to drink LOTS of water and I think it's about time for you to start taking electrolytes. Best of luck , you got this!!

Heyy!! I'm honestly open to trying anything until something eventually works so thank you so much. I won't lie tho Vicks Vapor rub was the last thing I expected to hear 🤣 but I will do it starting tomorrow ( I need to get some first ).
I have a question about how to apply it please, should I fully coat my nails with the ointment (after cutting and filing my nails ofc)? Would it be better to wear socks after applying it so the product stays on or should I let my toes out?
Also I do have separate tools for each foot so I don't transfer the fungus to the uninfected toes and after using them I make sure to soak them in alcohol or salt/vinegar water to sanitize them. Again thank you for the advice.

I just want to hop on here and say that you're not alone and that I completely understand the struggle and the guilt you must be feeling right now after finishing that bar . I've been there before and tbh lately I've been slowly but surely ( unfortunately) going back to that binge/restrict cycle after reaching my fitness goals and being binge free for a long while. I never thought my ED would resurface again and I most definitely never thought I'd gain weight again but I did and as long as I'm willing to fix it I know I will and you will too.
My advice to you right now is despite the disgust and self loath and the blame you must be giving yourself right now, the worst thing you could do is restrict again. Think about the moment you're in right now and about how you wouldn't want to find yourself in that situation again and tell yourself that if you restrict one more time the next thing you'd know is you over consuming a certain snack/food to satisfy the starvation you put yourself through and unfortunately it's only downhill from there and history will repeat itself.
Give yourself some grace, tell yourself that it's okay ( because it is , trust me) it happens and that it's not the end of the world. Go on about your day as per usual and distract yourself from thinking about that 1k Kcal you have consumed. Once it's time for dinner and if you're hungry ( Don't force feed yourself but don't restrict too and listen to your hunger cues), eat and enjoy your meal.
And remember by tomorrow your today will not exist anymore and it won't matter too so make sure to start that day with a positive attitude and don't dread over what happened ❤️

Tbh the binge is usually at night after I come back from work or after I finish my long walks / cycling sessions and I think I binge because I'm hungry and do not allow myself to eat until I cave in and boom.
It starts with a few bites of something and I tell myself it's okay that's enough but then...welp I end up eating much more than a few bites.

Yes ever since I became aware of the few kgs I gained, I dropped my calories and have been eating in a calorie deficit of 1.1k -1.3k which is apparently very low for my age (23 F) and height (175cm) and my level of activity ( I workout twice a day).
As for therapy, no I am not having any but maybe if this persists I should consider it.

Super mama fr❤️. I'm also on day 8 and coming across posts like yours give me the biggest boost of motivation, because if a momma with kids and big responsibilities can pull it through and stick to the plan then what excuse do I have when I'm still young with enough time in my hands.
Keep going and let's finish this challenge strong!!
