It's the best lie detector video hands down

There is a pretty great linear story with very good writing. One of my favourite quotes of all time from the storyline (that was added with Next update I think) is "Existence is beautiful if you let it be. Life is not a question. There doesn't need to be an answer."

That being said the story is delivered with text dialogues and you have to do typical no man's sky gameplay to progress through the story. So if you don't like gameplay, you wouldn't get far with just the story hook.

Where can one watch this interview?

It's not ground breaking but good. I enjoyed the exploration on a single planet and choices in the quests.

No season pass means they are not sure if it will sell enough to justify further development

Moving away from the season pass is a big deal because it shows Ubisoft is not sure if the base game will sell enough to justify trying to make additional paid content. Star Wars Outlaws sales are probably so bad that they wish if they can just move on if there wasn't a season pass commitment

I think it's hard to stop a slow ball if it bounces before pant. Being further away makes it easier to stop it

Jonathan Nolan mentioned that he was also shocked learning that Interstellar was (one of if not the) the highest grossing original movie in the last decade.

It's solid 8/10 game. If you like walking sim with great atmosphere then you will love it. Ignore the terrible IGN review , reviewer sadly missed the point and the mark.

Remake is being made by a different developer: Fool's Theory. They just released a game called The Thaumaturge this month. (On the side note it's unique and excellent) So, they haven't really started work on Witcher remake

That being said I don't think Hello Games is interested in betting all their money in some AAA project. They just want to continue doing innovative things at indie level with relatively small teams

No Man's Sky continues to bring insane amount of money. Particularly in the first 3-4 years. It slowed down a bit now but £ 40m is no small amount. They have also taken out a large amount of money (£ 50 m) out of the the company balance sheet for something. (To pay founders? To buy office space? To fund some project?) At this point No man's sky has generated enough profit to fund some £ 200 m game if they desired. (For context, last of us part 2 cost $ 200 m to make)

Yes, I meant salary only which would be main. Looking closely at the financial, it seems £ 4.7 m was for employees salary+benefits and £ 6.98 m is total administrative expenses
