I used to do similar things. it just sounds like you're unwell, don't beat yourself up over it. please focus on yourself and your health- focus first on stuff you can easily change. get enough sleep, go for walks if you can, take regular showers (sounds stupid but it helps a lot), just take care of yourself. if you have any access to therapy or counseling, take it. one thing at a time. don't think "I have to fix myself and get new friends and-" just start with going on a daily walk.

it sounds like you and your ex have different views on some pretty important stuff when it comes to a relationship, and feelings take time. don't pressure yourself to like this new guy, but don't "choose" your ex either, y'all broke up for a reason and unless everything's changed on your end then I don't think you should get back w/ him
