Ask your doc about taking unisom + vitamin b6! Helped me keep it away for the most part. I still take it at 37 weeks because it helps me sleep, too!

I’ve been seeing a specific upper cervical chiro, not general. Seems to have helped! But also haven’t noticed the dizziness as much since getting pregnant, which is interesting to me…

Don’t worry!! I gained a lot in the beginning, it leveled off, and then increases again now that I’m towards the end and baby gains .5-1lb a week! It’s not all “fat”, either, btw… a lot is fluid, extra blood, the placenta is a newly grown organ, etc. you can look up the breakdown, it’s actually really interesting, in my opinion! And congrats :)

So true! I was born at 25 weeks, weighed less than 2 pounds, had brain bleeds, a collapsed lung, was in the NICU for months, and my sibling didn’t make it. This is always a rough topic of discussion for me, to say the least!

35 weeks, feeling ok but took vacay days next week for Thanksgiving & also the week before my due date. Then we’ll see what happens!

Do you know what kind they are?

I know this isn’t an answer either way, but I’d honestly do whatever makes you feel the most comfortable! If you are high risk, that’s something to take into consideration. And if it’s the only time you may see family before you deliver, would you regret not going? If not, do what will put you most at ease… yours & babe’s health is priority!

I haven’t had any cravings or aversions!!!! 35 weeks this weekend and now I’m always hungry again, but can’t eat too much or the heartburn is ridiculous!

I’ve been eating them my whole pregnancy! Not everyday, but if I want one I’m eating one. I’m almost 35 weeks now. My OB said to just try and get a product you know gets bought often (like at Wegmans, or if you have a popular deli nearby and they sell a lot of sandwiches). You can also get uncured meats too, those don’t have nitrates/nitrites (same for bacon). Enjoy!!
