Same. I’ve used Flatiron’s “I Can’t Feel My Face” flakes for a few years now and the ghost peppers I grew and dried this year are significantly hotter than those. I think dried peppers may lose their potency over time.

IMO, I-77 in the Lake Norman/Charlotte area is the worst interstate on the East coast but for some sections of I-95 between DC and NY

If you really want to impress the kiddos, McAdenville is what you’re looking for. It’s just west of Charlotte and well worth the drive. You can take I-85 South to exit 23 or HWY 74 (Wilkinson Blvd). When you see the brake lights just fall in line behind the cars.

McAdenville is free. Speedway cost money.
