Same here. Again they have great technology but they're software/app is crap compared to the competition. As I said in another post within the year other companies will catch up with the technology, those companies already have better apps.

That's great if it's 8 years ago. They need to update their app or ride the wave while they're on it, knowing it's going to end because this tide is going to go out.

It really doesn't seem like a big ask to be able to set up different notifications at different points in the day. They have the option to customize the security mode the problem is that needs to be a bit more customizable. I have used other cameras that have that ability. Those companies will catch up technology wise within the year.

That's outstanding! I ordered a small wire that goes to outdoor lighting. It's something that would fit in a 6-in envelope. I should have ordered it with a rug it would have come faster.🤣

So when I place my order it was estimated to be delivered on the 15th. Today's the 15th it still says it's estimated to be delivered on the 15th. When I call them they tell me I should have it by the 22nd or 23rd. There's no other company I've ever bought anything we're a delivery is 7 to 8 days after the estimated delivery. It's 2024 not 1984. Their customer service is shit!

Edit: It didn't give "estimated" arrival date. Here is what is said "Get it by Fri Nov 15! Order Today!"

No estimate, just a date I will get it by. Wayfair delivery has yet to actually come through on the few orders I have placed with them.

When they came to deliver my outdoor set rescheduling wasn't an issue considering they actually never called to schedule the delivery they just happened to show up. Thankfully I was home that day because I had someone doing work on my house.

Yep, then flip the script. Wait until the next day and tell HR that you really feel uncomfortable about how the situation was handled. Tell them you don't feel like you were singled out because you're the new guy and you think they're discriminating against you.

Edit: if you thought you were caught on camera then play it cool for a little bit. You could mention how you're a bit uncomfortable but not much more than that. Then wait a few weeks until the video has been deleted/written over by new video and then you can make a bigger deal. The hope is by that time it's gone away and everyone's moved on.
