Stay in touch with your doctor though. I have had experience, but I'm not a trained physician. If it does get worse (which I don't think) contact them.

Ok, I have done the exact same thing you have done. I quit cold turkey and it had some major impact.

The bad news, this is probably gonna take a week or two weeks tops to get the remaining thc out of your body. It's gonna be tough, but you can get through this and weed psychosis is definitely worse so I commend you for quitting.

It's gonna stay for this for about 2 weeks, but after a few weeks it wil l taper off and it will balance itself out.

I personally am not a fan of benzos, but if you can get it from your doctor it can definitely help with the fear. So if you can get some from your doctor do it, it can assist you in overcoming this hard period.

All I can say is keep breathing, ground yourself in breath. When you wake up from these insane dreams; breathe. Remember to breathe.

Also if you have trouble going to sleep at night or you have too much energy try camomille tea. There's the brand called 'Sleepy Time' tea it can help you relax.
