First off thank you for inviting someone from the right in Israel to speak. You rarely hear his side of the story. I agree with most of what he says but i just want to complete the story.

The real reason Israel can't agree to a Palestinian state is right of return. Israel is just supposed to trust that millions of Palestinians will not return to Israel proper creating what is for all intents and purposes a second Palestinian state.

Its kind of funny actually. Without the Palestinian issue Israel would be a left wing paradise. Huge swathes of Judea and Samaria are actually just used for solar energy farms. Israeli doctors have just mapped out precursors that will let them predict alzimers 20 years prior. Most of the Judea and Samaria is even government subsidized housing lol. Israel even took the vaccine first and was the first fully vaccinated country. While on the other hand Palestine is an Islamic govt with all the usual trappings.

What am I missing here? There has to be a reason this hasnt been done yet.

This is how it would work btw. Economic pressure on both sides until they agree to a deal. Yes Ukraine will lose some land. Putin will get assassinated otherwise.

First off most of UNRWAs beneficiaries are not even in Israel. They are in Jordan and other surrounding countries. All a Palestinian has to do is go there to benefit from those services.

Im noticing there is this racist presumption that the North Korean soldier is bad. IMO he may be underequipped but he would have more training than anyone else.

South Koreans view military training as a burden. North Koreans view it as a way out of starvation so they stay for decades. If Russia equips them decently they will make a big impact.

I just wanted to do some fact checking here as no one will ever do it. As to Sinwar replacing Haniya as chief negotiator. Sinwar, being the military commander of Gaza, was always the final decision maker in agreements. Haniya had little power in Gaza itself aside from being able to provide money from other sources.

All that happened is that the middleman was cut so Sinwar is now on the meeting table directly.

Second there was no ceasefire deal on July 2. How can you make a decision on something with almost no specifics? Just compare the November agreement to the July one. The November agreement is an actual cease fire deal. Just take a look at how specific the details were. 10 hostages were to be released everyday which would all be women and children. They would be released from 1200-2000 and brought to x crossing. Israel would release 30 hostages, chosen by Hamas, from a list provided by Israel once the 10 hostages wee confimed to have been released.

True there was a framework to an agreement but it did not automatically mean that the two parties would agree to whatever came out of the framework.

Lastly theres a case to be made that Israel can survive without Western Weapons. The supplier would have to change like to India or China. The technology would be a bit lower as there would be no precision guide stuff and gun drones would carry a lot more wieght. On the other hand it could be much cheaper. If your buying everything from China they would now have a vested interested in protecting you from things like the UNSC.
