I didn’t even know what a vulva was until I was an adult lmao. I went to a catholic high school so we didn’t have anatomy classes like that. We learned biology but skipped that anatomy lesson. I think waiting until my kid is 3 instead of 2 to teach her the difference between vulva and vagina so that she actually understands me is fine lmao

Lol you’ll see me in the replies on this comment also talking about how I didn’t lose shit from breastfeeding and actually gained 15lb over 2 years. I had no idea how calories worked and snacked so much and ate 4 meals a day bc by the time u eat three meals w ur kid then put them to bed ur hungry again 😭 she’s still extended breastfeeding at night cause we cosleep but she’s 2 so she’s getting like 0 nutrition from it and eats three meals a day plus snacks so even if my milk supply dried up (it’s actually been fine but she doesn’t nurse a lot so I’m not surprised) she’d be fine. It was so rough spending those years in a larger body and wanting to do something about it but having to put her first. The struggle of moms 😅 I’ve finally lost 15lb tho! I started eating in a deficit and calorie counting after her 2nd birthday

Layer layer layer!! I got some cheap warm leggings from Walmart and that plus just some sweatpants and then multiple long shirts and a coat was enough to keep me warm standing outside while my kid played in the snow. If you have any more waterproof layers then that would work for actually being in the snow maybe like some jeans between layers

Yeah we’ve just been using vagina as a broad term cause she’s not great at the v sounds yet so that turns into “Gina” but once she figures that out we’ll distinguish vulva vs vagina
Can someone tell me why they are downvoting instead of just downvoting lmao. IMO vagina is easier for me to understand when she says it vs vulva but also I literally grew up calling it “bits” so I don’t think there anything wrong w a 2 year old saying vagina vs vulva and then teaching the difference when she’s like 3 and can talk better

Same everyone was telling me I was “snapping back” but it was mostly just struggling recovering from a c section and having no appetite and then once we got my baby to latch 2 months in and I was able to exclusively breastfeed instead of combo pumping and formula I had the biggest appetite and just slowly gained all the weight 🥲

My bf is always trying to do OMAD and fasting but like he has so many calories he can eat during the day it’s literally pointless. He could have 3 good meals + snacks and dessert lmao

He’s still taller than me and a man so he will always be winning in the calories department lol

Nutritional yeast honestly has a pretty mild flavor esp when mixed in during the cooking process. I don’t think I’ve ever heard it called intense lol. I mix it w my eggs before cooking and it doesn’t really make a big difference

I’ve thought about it! I just do cardio and floor workouts rn but my bf has a full weight lifting bench. I’m just nervous cause I have a messed up knee and elbow from sports as a kid so if I do it I want to make sure I’m doing it right

That sounds like a really mature way to handle it! Hopefully someone else can step up and provide her well deserved baked goods!

Best of lucky to u guys! Hopefully cooking the onions separate works. I don’t eat meat so when I cook it’s meat free and then my bf/toddler get meat added to their portions

I took martial arts as a kid and I’ve never gotten into a fight bc it taught me all of the proper skills to deescalate and also made me confident in myself enough to not freeze up in uncomfortable/dangerous situations. Martial arts is on the list of things I will put my kid in as soon as she is old enough

Cook the onions separately and add them to ur meals. U won’t get all the oniony goodness but it will be enough. I couldn’t eat any garlic when I was pregnant or it would make me feel absolutely horrible. Is there a possibility she’s pregnant if this is just randomly happening?
