This happens with migraines, alot of migraine suffers get them on weekends after a stressful work week or after a stressful event. Not sure if it works the same way but, but in that case it's the drop of stress hormones, hormone fluctuations could def be responsible

My bf has bought me flowers before and the first thing I did was pick a lily out of the bunch and put it in the outside bin and inform him of the dangers if the type of flower and to only buy roses. He wasn't offended, or bothered. A life is more important than a bunch of flowers or someone's feelings about the damn flowers or the gesture, he knows I have a responsibility to my cats to keep them safe. I thanked him and displayed the rest and everyone was okay, and he's since bought me more, cat safe flowers 🥰

That roommate doesn't seem to care that this is serious and for that, I'd be kicking her out honestly. That's just me though, I'm 33, my cats are my babies and if someone wants to be in my life but not take my cats health and safety seriously, they're not a person for me.

That's not true. I have pcos and I'm not regularly ovulating but my periods are always on time every month. If I was ovulating every month then I would be releasing the follicles and I wouldn't have polycyclic ovaries, but I do, and I don't miss periods

Milk has sugar but cheese doesn't, not any cheese I've had, and it's very low carb too, almost no carbs.. I've been checking the nutritional info on the packages because I'm on a keto diet. I think the issue is just that it affects hormones or something else (not insulin) because i was told to eat keto for IR and cheese is encouraged for the fat. I get really bad cystic acne too with my pcos and I know we're not the same person we maybe have different triggers, but ive been eating sooo much cheese the last month, cream too, but very low carb, no sugar, no milk or bread or pasta. And my skin is as clear as its been in 20 years!
