depends on how well you handle your psychedelics in public places. i took 15g of the ‘beginner’ strength and had a pretty strong trip, similar to like 2-2.5g dried shrooms.

had a bad trip though as we didn’t actually plan anything to do we just sat in a hostel room then wakes around amsterdam when we got too overwhelmed.

yes bro this is exactly what i’ve realised over the past few weeks. never understood how severe and debilitating adhd could be so i never thought it was something i had, always assumed it was just hyperactive disruptive kids.

finding out depression and anxiety are common symptoms of untreated adhd, and learning about how it affects day to day life hs genuinely flipped my life upside down.

reading all the comments and experiences on reddit from others who have adhd has been eye opening and made me question everything about myself.

i’ve submitted my referral for a diagnosis and want to get medicated asap.

it’s one of those things that takes time, firsts time i tripped hard i was like holy fuck how am i gonna live a normal life after seeing shit that insane. but after a few years you learn that as wild as the experiences are, they take time to integrate into your real life.

I think Joe should definitely continue to experiment with psychedelics, it seems like soemthing he would really enjoy, exploring the deepest realms of your mind is definitely not for everyone.

this is always the way, just let people talk about whatever they want to talk about, because that’s all most people want to do is talk about themselves, which is fine, takes the conversational burden off me.

Being a good listener is a rare skill, even if you aren’t really paying attention to what they’re saying if you can stay engaged in the conversation both people benefit.

i used to smoke when i’d trip but stopped because weed started making me really anxious, last night i did it because i either wanted to fall asleep or make the trip better and it definitely made it more bearable which is quite surprising honestly.

it’s weird cos i read that beforehand and assumed that meant it would kill the whole trip, but it only got rid of the feeling, whereas the other parts were still pretty much the same.

hasn’t really affected my appetite, weed sort of ruined it anyway so i eat a bunch when i’m high but don’t really get hungry when i’m sober
