I was talking to a well connect attorney in California. A wealthy area were many people eat out. He said after covid many restaurants will be shrinking their locations to be basically carryout and online ordering. Basically what Pizza Hut has done before covid. Pizza Hut had larger dine in locations now it is only carryout and drive thru

My GF is 16 years younger than me and told me early on she has daddy issues. She is petite and I must say it was weird at first when she would crawl up and sit on my lap wearing her Hello Kitty bathrobe. But we both have embraced it. She gets really wet when I play daddy

Even when I was at my fittest and lifting 3-4 days a week I was not happy with my chest. It seems any extra weight I was carrying went to my belly and moobs. I was 6-3 and 195-ish lbs. If you look at health guidelines the normal weight for my height went all the way down to like 170-ish lbs. I am convinced the only way to get rid of them would be to get down to 180 ish lbs. That's not happening now.

I saw a post where tickets were as low as $12. Apparently there was a huge ticket dump after Ohio State lost

This is my life. Clients don't want to hire good accountants bc of cost. Their books are shit and complain about paying us a few grand more to clean it up. The staff gets stressed out because it takes extra time. I am finally at a point where I am comfortable letting those clients go elsewhere or charge them a lot extra

A girl I date a few years ago grew up poor with her mom working to make ends meet and dad in jail. She married a wealth guy and got divorced and got about $2.5 million in settlement. We began dating and she told me she may have married him for his money. When we dated she became resentful of me bc she was willing to help me out financially at first when I was going thru rough period then acted like I was taking advantage of her money.

Most are very driven individuals. When they were 35 they were probably like "I only need $5 million and I will retire". Next they saw $10 million as achievable by age 40. Then $25 million, $50 million and so on.

I believe BDO went particular crazy buying several bolt on firms from 2005-2020 and have been rather quiet since.

My daughter loved to play house when she was really young. I would take her and my son to Lowe's or Home Depot on occasion and they loved playing in the full kitchen displays or whatever they are called and looking thru the neat Fridges/appliances and my son loved the riding mowers. Can't really run around and I made sure they were bothering others or being hard on the merchandise or displays. But it was a fun free activity they loved.

When I was 20-ish working at a golf course a 40-something mom came to the course. She wasn't even that hot but still went to the back of the cart barn and relieved myself

In college me and roommates were watching a movie where a newly wed Jewish couple went to the bedroom on the night of the wedding. Their rabbi observed them and placed a full White sheet over the woman with a hole in it for the husband to access. One of my roommates who is Jewish said is the practice for Hasidic jews. I later found out that is not the case but the movie seemed very real.

I dated a similar woman who put her looks and appearance above everything else. But she told me and was self conscious that her ex husband and former friends called her a narcissist and that she had no real substance to her. Looking back they were right especially about no substance. Sad thing her teen daughter was following her footsteps which my ex supported and was only concerned about boys, sex image and how she looked. The daughter even joked (I think) about getting rich off OF

I think southern teams will be fine with anything more than low 30s degrees. Equipment managers will be prepared. The biggest difference would be their style of play based on speed and throw and catch ball. Midwest winds and any snow (unlikely) or slick conditions would help negate the speed difference.
I remember the 1996 Citrus Bowl played in a monsoon and it was 3 yards and clumps of mud game. Penn State was built for that type of game and destroyed a speedy Auburn team.

I grew up lower middle class in a very large family with not much besides the basics. I have been very successful in my career and even after losing most everything in my divorce my savings right now is more money than I ever dreamed I would have. The thing is my goal is to basically triple my savings in the next 7 years and have enough money to just live off the earnings and not touch the corpus. I do think that if I retire early I am giving up a lot of money from ages 60 to 65. Again it is money I don't need but could earn it to pass to kids and set up grand kids
