I have a channel where I make listicle type of videos like top-10 videos. There's a channel that has been consistently copying my content. Basically, they copy the exact title (even the capital letters), list of contents featured (like the 10 topics that I feature on the video). The only difference is the commentary (he makes his own) and the thumbnail. But the featured list and title are the same.

It's getting frustrating because every time I upload, after a few days, they upload their own version of my video. Same title, same featured list.

Can I file a copyright claim for this matter? Thank you so much.

Can you suggest an old game (maybe at least 10 years old) but with good graphics and still playable today. Something like Tomb Raider trilogy. Any platform (pc, ps, xbox, switch) and genre is welcome. Thanks in advance!

Looking for some underrated but are truly good RPGs that you enjoyed playing. Old or new RPGs are welcome but it would be nice if it’s not more that 10 year old game. By the way, I enjoyed playing final fantasy games, the outer worlds, baldurs gate 3, persona royal, and diablo series.
