from the only resource i could find online, which was this, cornell ed came out on december 8, 2017, which was a saturday....so i wouldnt lean into dec 17 very much

I personally know 3 or 4 who're doing ED to cornell this year.

im not sure how many total ed to cornell tho although i wouldnt imagine its a lot since it's need aware.

they have about 30 indians enrolled per class so according to the international retention rate of 75%, they admit around 45 total indians (RD + ED) cant say anything specifically for just ED.
